本作は、1910〜1930年代のアンティークディテールを現代に落とし込んだデザイン。
当時、コストカットと大量生産を目的に、生地端は処理されず“切りっぱなし”で仕上げられていました。
その後、労働環境の過酷さから耐久性を求め、パイピングや首リブのディテールが1930年代以降に登場します。
現代では、Tシャツがそこまで酷使されることはなくなり、“切りっぱなし”という未完成な要素がむしろ独自性ある表現へと転化されました。
Gain Tip Designでは、この当時の機能主義と合理美を再構築し、他にはない個性としてデザインに採用しています。
また、スリムフィット特有のストレスを軽減するため、程よい厚みと柔らかさを備えた上質なメランジ生地を選定。
切りっぱなしの仕様は、摩耗によるほつれさえも“味”に変えていける、長年の着用を前提としたディテールです。
胸にはチェーン風刺繍でGain Tip Designの定番ロゴを配置。

Every detail—from the neckline and sleeve length, to the sleeve opening, curved waist, and the I-line silhouette—has been precisely calculated to create a perfectly balanced fit.
This piece incorporates antique detailing from the 1910s to 1930s, reinterpreted through a modern lens.
At the time, to reduce costs and enable mass production, garments were often left with raw, unfinished edges.
Later, as durability became essential under harsh working conditions, piping and ribbed necklines were introduced from the 1930s onward.
Today, T-shirts are no longer subjected to such intense use, and what was once an “unfinished” feature has transformed into a distinct form of expression.
