ベースにしっとりとした落ち感のある生地を使用したウェスタンシャツ。
レーヨンとポリエステルを混紡することで、自然な風合いと滑らかなドレープ性を両立している生地です。生地表面にはわずかな光沢が生まれ、動きに合わせて陰影が変化することで、無地でありながら奥行きのある表情を持ちます。
最大の特徴は、ウェスタンシャツ特有のパネル設計に対し、パイピングを加え、更にその構造自体を拡張している点。従来のウェスタンヨークが直線と角によって構成されるのに対し、本作ではそこに滑らかな曲線のラインを重ねています。
胸元の切り替えは単なる装飾ではなく、曲線が重なり合うことで視線の流れを設計し、自然とまとまりを感じる様に設計されています。
またこの設計により、角を有した直線感による強さと、曲線による柔らかさが同時に存在する状態が生まれます。線が持つ男性的／女性的な印象に依存せず、それらを横断するような視覚構造を形成しています。
シルエットはスリムながらも計算された肩幅と身幅で、身体に沿いながらストレスのかからない設計。パネルとパイピングによる視覚的な分断によって間延びせず、自然に整ったバランスを保つ設計です。また襟は直線的に立たせるのではなく、わずかにカーブを持たせて落とすことで、生地のドレープと連動した自然な収まりを作ってます。
Gain Tip Designが提唱する“ミクスチャールード”を体現する一着として、ロックの要素とクラシックなルードの要素を併せ持ちつつ、70年代のスタイリッシュな空気感も取り入れている。単なる様式の再現ではなく、構造そのものを再設計することで成立したプロダクトです。

By blending rayon and polyester, the material achieves both a natural texture and a smooth, elegant drape. The surface carries a subtle sheen, allowing light and shadow to shift with movement, giving depth and dimension to an otherwise solid fabric.
The defining feature lies in the reinterpretation of the traditional western panel construction. While classic western yokes are composed of straight lines and sharp angles, this piece introduces piping while expanding the structure itself, layering in smooth, curved lines.
The chest paneling is not merely decorative—these overlapping curves are designed to guide the flow of the viewer’s eye, creating a sense of cohesion and visual rhythm.
Through this construction, the strength of angular lines and the softness of curves coexist simultaneously. Rather than relying on conventional associations of lines as masculine or feminine, the design transcends both, forming a visual structure that moves across those boundaries.
The silhouette is slim, with carefully calculated shoulder width and body balance, allowing the garment to follow the body without restriction. The visual segmentation created by the panels and piping prevents elongation and maintains a naturally balanced proportion.
Additionally, the collar is not rigidly upright but slightly curved and allowed to fall, working in harmony with the fabric’s drape to create a more natural finish.
As a piece that embodies Gain Tip Design’s concept of “Mixture Rude,” it merges elements of rock and classic rude style, while incorporating the refined atmosphere of the 1970s.
Rather than a simple reproduction of a traditional style, this garment is realized through a fundamental reconstruction of its structure.
